Residential Solar
Whether you're looking to reduce your power bill, future-proof your home, or just feel good about using less from the grid, we’ll design a system that suits your roof, your budget, and your goals.
Our 4-Step Design Process
1- Understand the Property & Power Usage
We start by gathering everything we need to make sure your system is sized and placed properly. No guesswork.
– Review your power usage — ideally 12 months of energy bills (kWh and cost)
– Assess your roof or land — including shade, pitch, orientation, and any obstructions
– Look at your current electrical setup, switchboard location, space available, capacity
– Check any local requirements, council rules, building consents, and lines company approvals
– Talk through your preferences, whether it's keeping panels hidden or planning for future expansion
2- Size the System & Design the Layout
Next, we figure out how much solar you need, and how best to fit it to your site.
– Design options for system size (how much to install now vs. later)
– Estimate how much energy you’ll generate based on your roof and sun exposure
– Draft layout showing where everything goes - panels, inverter, battery (if included)
– Options for rooftop or ground-mounted systems
3- Compare Options & Plan the Payback
Here’s where we match your system with quality gear and crunch the numbers so you can make an informed decision.
– Recommend panel and inverter options that fit your goals and budget
– Compare pricing and performance side by side, no sales spin
– Identify any rebates, tax advantages, or low-interest loan eligibility
– Provide clear estimates for ROI, monthly savings, and long-term return
4- Final Design & Installation Plan
Once you’re happy with the direction, we finalise the design and prepare for a smooth install.
– Final site and wiring layout
– Electrical specs and compliance details
– Equipment list and installation timeline
– All documentation required for consent or utility approval
– Optional: Independent structural or electrical sign-off, if needed
